Don't Settle

Without a doubt, there are many reasons why shoppers look for deals. When operating on a shoestring budget or revamping your business remember that cheaper isn't always better. Here are some of the reasons why you might want to consider local or more personalized services.
Quality:
When shopping for inexpensive printed materials it is important to note the quality. There is a cost to doing business and more often than not you get what you pay for. Remember that getting a good deal is rarely that. When purchasing your materials from big online sites you may find yourself at a loss. Most printed materials are too thin, too small or sadly have runny or smeared ink. Beware!
Customer Service: Customer service is usually one of the first things to go once prices are slashed. The irony though is that customers still need the guidance, follow up and answers regardless of how much money was spent. But with big sites geared more towards making the actually sale and capitalizing on the mass amounts of people using the site customer service turns into an online index. If you are very lucky and manage to need help outside of whats listed on the online index you have the nifty options of email or calling. In short, emails are easy to overlook and phone calls are like the lines at the DMV- good luck!
Your Brand Is In Their Hands: Most big pusher websites use a format of self service. They have an online tool that allows you to design your printed material just the way you want it. Sounds great right? Well what if you aren't sure what you like or what if what you get isn't what you expected? As with quality of printed materials it is also important to have a good design, flow and overall dynamic. With mass producing sites it is impossible to have both good design and cheap prices. If you choose to not upgrade you are at the mercy of your own design and if you like most people aren't a skilled designer this could be a recipe for disaster.
Their Brand Is In Your Hands:
It is exactly what it sounds like. With smaller companies their brand is in your hands. You have the power to make or break the company based on your critique. Imagine purchasing printed material from a company that is geared to please you. You no longer have to worry about customer service as they are small enough to provide a working relationship. You no longer have to worry about quality either. Their brand will speak long before yours if the materials presented are shoddy and flimsy. While more personalized service may be a tad more expensive understand that it is to help you get it right the first time.
There are countless other reasons why you shouldn't consider going to mass producing sites but these are some of the glaring and slightly more obvious reasons. At Syncron we have created a format that works not only for us but for our customers. We value your input and the relationship we build with you. If you have found yourself staring at a package full of crummy work give us a shot. We would be more than happy to walk each step of the way with you.
